The City Administration and Parks & Recreation will be hosting three Dog Park Workshops at Patterson Park to walk the grounds, share your ideas and or concerns about a Dog Park within Patterson. In the event we have rain the discussions will take place within the Lindell Lodge at Patterson. Any questions or concerns please convey to City Manager Nick Sizeland and or Parks & Recreation Supervisor Chad Craig. We hope to see you there!

|Public Notice: Cadieux Road Project |
The City of Grosse Pointe and Grosse Pointe Park as part of a road and school safety grant have started construction on Cadieux Road between Kercheval and Mack Ave. The project includes Asphalt pavement milling and resurfacing, concrete road rehabilitation, concrete sidewalk and ADA ramps, new concrete curb and gutter, signing, drainage, landscaping, and pavement markings.
Traffic was switched back to the west half of the road. The east half of Cadieux Road is closed for the concrete curb and drainage structures adjustment. One lane is open for south bound traffic only. North bound traffic is detoured.
Contractor will be working on:
- Paving the HMA To course on the entire project
- Pavement markings.
We are asking for your patience and understanding. We will try to be accommodating during the Project but delays should be anticipated during the day.
|Draft Master Plan|
The Master Plan Subcommitee of the Planning Commission has compiled a Draft Master Plan and is seeking your comments. The subcommittee will provide the Planning Commission final recommendations which will then be brought before City Council for approval in July.
The Planning Commission will hold three public hearings to hear comments on the master plan. The dates are Tuesday, June 25 at 10am, Thursday June 27 at 2pm and Monday, July 1 at 7pm. All will take place in the council chambers of City Hall.
If you cannot attend the meeting and would like to add your comments, please send your suggestions to the Master Plan Subcommittee Chair David Gaskin at email@example.com or fill out our City Resident Feedback Form and direct your comments to the City Administration.
DRAFT MASTER PLAN
|2019 Park Pass Application|
Renters must submit a 2019 Park Pass Application to obtain a 2019 Park Pass. Please fill out a form online, at City Hall or pick one up from the Patterson and Windmill Pointe Gatehouses. Please mail, use the drop box at City Hall, email the application to firstname.lastname@example.org or deliver the completed application to the Public Service Department in the Municipal Building at 15115 E. Jefferson Avenue, Grosse Pointe Park, Michigan 48230.

Residents of Grosse Pointe Park, please be advised the Planning Commission is seeking your comments and ideas for the City Master Plan. A Master Plan subcommittee has been formed comprising of Chair David Gaskin, Malik Goodwin and Mike Fikany. The subcommittee is to review the current master plan over the next few months, tour the City and gather public input.The subcommittee will provide the Planning Commission final recommendations which will then be brought before City Council for approval.
