Now Pay Your Water Bill, Property Tax Bill, or your Miscellaneous Receivables invoice utilizing the City’s online services by clicking on this link, Home | City of Grosse Pointe Park | BS&A Online (bsaonline.com).

On the left side of the BS&A Online screen, under the caption “Services” the online payment options will be listed under the header “Online Payments” for Current Tax Payments, Miscellaneous Receivables Payments, and Utility Payments.

The City of Grosse Pointe Park now offers additional electronic services:

Paperless billing for Water bills at no charge, simply Register online,

You may sign up for an electronic paperless Tax bill, however, by law, tax bill(s) will still be sent by mail to the taxpayer’s address on file with the City Assessor.

Credit card options: VISA, Mastercard, American Express & Discover,

Credit card convenience fees have been reduced to 3% or a minimum charge of $2.95 per transaction,

Digital Wallets: Google Pay, Apple Pay (phone application), Venmo, and Pay Pal include the convenience fee,

Automatic Clearing House (ACH) for both water and taxes are available at $2.25 per transaction,

ACH customers will continue to receive either a paper copy of their water invoice or an electronic copy of their invoice, if enrolled in paperless billing.

Text to Pay option, simply register your account using the online services and save a payment method,

Click on “I want to Register this Account” by entering an email address and by creating a password, then choose the electronic payment method you wish to save for future payments,

Pay by phone using an electronic payment method or e-check (checking account) processing fees apply,

Schedule installment payments,

Use your banking institutions’ online bill payment option, payments are now sent to the City of Grosse Pointe Park electronically.

The city now accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and digital wallets, such as: Apple Pay, Google pay, Venmo, and Pay Pal.
For those that wish to make payment by phone, please call 1(877) 648-0618 and follow the instruction prompts to enter your Utility Billing account number or your property tax ID,
ACH payment options are now available for both water and property tax bills,
Scheduled payments are now available for all payment types,
All credit card service fees are the responsibility of the cardholder.

Other Credit Card Methods for other invoice types:
For fees being paid to Public Safety, to post a Release Bond with Public Safety, or to pay a Traffic Ticket or other Court Cost you may also make electronic payments using the All Paid online services.
Payments can be made with a major credit card, debit card, or pre-paid debit card.
