Marina facilities at Windmill Pointe Park provide boat wells and access to Lake St. Clair.
Boats are moored at the Windmill Pointe Park Marina from April 15th through November 15th. There are 270 wells. All wells include electricity and water. A gin pole and pump out station are available to all boaters.
Maximum length for watercraft is 55 feet. Well rentals are from $716 to $3,560 per season for Grosse Point Park residents. A full price list is located below. To place your name on the waitlist, download the waitlist application (a PDF) and send it in along with your $10 waitlist fee.
Transient wells are available to rent for $20 per day (Grosse Pointe Park residents) and $30 per day for non-residents. A transient well can be reserved for up to three days by calling the Harbormaster at 313-822-2812 ext. 400.
Fishing is allowed off the main pier of the marina.
